Honest to blog? I’m a pretty nice girl. I love people who go “above and beyond” at their job! but not so much people who lie and maliciously gossip. They pretty much suck at life, if you catch my drift.

I wear glasses because I think they’re cool, but also because I can’t see without them. Or at least not very well. I envy those with a purpose in life. I’m still working with God to figure out what mine is. I like to discover new music, and recently fell in love with Wizard Rock. Never heard of it? Google it. You won’t be disappointed.

Oddly enough I miss college and can’t wait until I return I am a college student once again. I want to read books, take tons of photos and travel more than almost anything. If only I had more time for it. I volunteer at my church as a Kid’s Quest elementary small group leader for Kindergarten and 1st grade. It’s a lot of fun, and the kids are pretty amazing.

Family is important to me and I love mine dearly, although some days I could really do without them. On a “deeper” note, I pretty much adore my Father in heaven! and enjoy simple things like going to the gym, adding to my art collection and of course life… loving and smiling are high priorities, too.

Over the years I’ve learned that you can’t put a price on God’s love and grace. I know I’m not perfect, but that doesn’t stop me from waking each morning with a fresh outlook. I’m blessed daily with new determination to try harder than the day before. My pride has a tendency to get in the way. But to keep it simple, I’m a work in progress, never finished until the day my Savior returns for me.
